The Craig High School coach arrested last Friday, as he boarded a bus for a track meet is formally charged in Rock County Court with capturing an intimate representation of a victim less than 18-years-old and invasion of privacy with a victim less than 18-years-old.

At his initial appearance in Rock County Court Monday afternoon, Prosecutor Margaret Ginocchio said the state has a strong case against Brian E. Kitzman, who is accused of secretly filming teenage girls in a locker room.

Ginocchio said additional charges are likely as investigators had already identified 10 more victims.

So far a total of 11 victims have been identified although Kitzman told police there were about 18 victims over the course of about two years.

Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer set cash bond at $10,000.
