MercyHealth is hosting the 2023 Project SEARCH graduation ceremony Friday morning.

Manager of Partner Culture Renee Dooman says the program involves training and education leading to employment for those with cognitive disabilities and students work in three different internships throughout the year.

Dooman says its been a fun group to watch grow and develop as young adults, and they have two students interviewing for jobs at MercyHealth and two more interviewing for other jobs in the Janesville community.

Dooman says Friday’s ceremony will see six students graduate, culminating a year of collaboration with local school districts and organizations.
