
Three Janesville men are under arrest for OWIs and multiple gun charges after two separate incidents occurred early Saturday morning.
According to a release, shortly before 2am Saturday morning, a Janesville officer completed a traffic stop and the driver, 24 year old Steven Delaney, showed signs of impairment and admitted to smoking marijuana prior to driving and a search resulted in a firearm three loaded magazines, and drug paraphernalia.
Delaney faces charges of OWI 1st offense, concealed carry violation, operating a firearm while under the influence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Then shortly before 3am Saturday morning, officers conducted a traffic stop which led to the arrest of 21 year old Alexandro Sotelo and 21 year old Ernesto Carbajal-Olivas.
A search of their vehicle turned up two firearms, two loaded magazines, and THC gummies.
Sotelo faces charges of OWI 1st offense, concealed carry violation, and intoxicated use of a firearm.
Carbajal-Olivas faces charges of concealed carry violation, operating a firearm while under the influence, and possession of THC.
