The Rock County Sheriff’s office is making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.

40 year old David Fuchs will be relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on Monday, September 11th.

Fuchs was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault and 2nd degree sexual assault of a child in Dane County in January of 2016.

While living in Janesville, Fuchs is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, he’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
