
A Beloit man who was arrested last week and faces multiple felony drug charges make his initial appearance in Rock County Court Monday.
30 year old Donta Evans-Pounds appeared in front of Court Commissioner Jack Hoag on charges of of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and manufacturing and delivering cocaine.
Hoag set a cash bond for Evans-Pounds in the amount of $50,000, and Evans-Pounds will be due back in court for a preliminary hearing on December 15th.
Evans-Pounds was arrested last Thursday and officers found 242 grams of cocaine, 28 grams of fentanyl, 40 grams of marijuana, and 134 grams of crack cocaine when they executed a search warrant on a home on Middle Street in Beloit.
