A 23-year-old Beloit man who is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography is bound over for trial.

Lucas Henson waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday morning before Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig.

Henson is accused of filming himself having sex with a teenage girl.

In 2021 Henson plead guilty in Dane County Court to publishing or posting a private representation without consent with a victim less than 18-years-old.

He’s currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $15,000 cash bond.
