The Rock County Sheriff’s office is making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.

Aidan Emerich will be relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on Monday, May 20th.

Emerich was convicted of 3rd degree sexual assault in December of 2017 and January of 2020, both in Marathon County.

While living in Janesville, Emerich is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, he’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
