A Janesville man is under arrest for a fifth OWI offense after a single-vehicle crash on the city’s west side.

Police say Matt Lowman, 59, drove his vehicle onto a curb and when officers made contact with him, he showed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety testing.

Results of a blood draw are pending. Lowman was transported to the Rock County Jail to await a court appearance.
