The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reports Highway 51 in the Town of Beloit between Newark Road and Baldwin Woods Road is closed due to an incident.  WisDOT issued the closure at 6:15 a.m. Monday.  The Rock County Emergency Dispatch Center reports a domestic incident was reported a little after 2:00 a.m. in the 2500 block of South Riverside Drive.  Authorities say the SWAT Team was requested.
