A 28-year-old Janesville woman is accused of overdosing on drugs while she was home alone with two young children.

According to the criminal complaint the grandmother of a five and six-year-old went to pick them up from Meghann Jensen’s house on Ruger Avenue in Janesville just before 4:00 p.m. on August 30th.

She found the two children crying and upset because Jensen wouldn’t wake up.

Jensen was found passed out in a chair in the garage. Her dog had urinated and defecated inside the home.

Jensen is expected to make her initial appearance in Rock County Court on two counts of neglecting a child on September 30th.
