Hedberg Public Library, in partnership with Downtown Janesville, Inc. and Janesville Farmers Market, will host the fifth annual HPL Book Fest. The week-long celebration of books and local authors begins with free writing workshops on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20, and a Book Fest reception on Friday at 5:30 pm. Special guest authors over both days include Maggie Ginsberg, Leslie Kagen, Ann Garvin, and Pao Lor.

Literary-themed events will be hosted at businesses throughout downtown Janesville, and the celebration will culminate with a Local Author Book Fair on Saturday, June 27 at the Janesville Farmers Market.
