Department of Transportation spokesman Steve Theisen is urging motorists to drive carefully through all the construction on the Interstate between Beloit and Edgerton. Theisen says concrete work has begun on the northbound lanes in Janesville between the Highway 14 and 26 Interchanges and will continue until about Labor Day. Then work on the southbound lanes begins. He adds work has been going well and points to the recent completion of the bridge decks at Townline Road and County M.
