A local Congressman says the American public should be allowed to know what businesses benefited from CARES Act money. Bryan Steil of Janesville tells Your Talk Show on WCLO the process should be transparent. Steil says the public should be aware of how their tax dollars are being spent. The Republican did vote in favor of legislation to allow release of the information. The Senate has yet to act on the bill.
