A 24-year-old Albany man who’s accused of sexually assaulting a young boy he was babysitting takes a plea deal in Rock County Court.

According to online court records Christian S. Klapper plead guilty on September 16th to a single count of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Additional charges of first degree sexual assault of a child and two counts of possession of child pornography were dismissed but read into record.

According to the criminal complaint, a young boy to a Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy that Klapper sexually assaulted him in July of 2019. A witness reportedly saw the incident.

Klapper is scheduled to be sentenced on December 9th.
