A local manufacturer is celebrating a special state designation.  Governor Tony Evers has proclaimed October 9th as USS Beloit Day in Wisconsin.  Fairbanks Morse produced the main propulsion engines for the USS Beloit.  Company officials say they are incredibly proud to be recognized, alongside the residents of Beloit, for more than 80 years of service to the U.S. Navy and America’s national security.
