Voters in the Clinton Community School District have a pair of referendum questions on the November ballot.
School Board President Ken Leuty says a $32 million facilities referendum would consolidate district schools from three to two.
A second operational referendum seeks to exceed the state imposed revenue limit by a half million dollars in the first year and an additional $500,000 for the following three years reaching a total of $2 million a year.
Leuty says limited population growth and the continuing decline in district resident student enrolment has negatively impacted the funding the district receives from the state each year.
