SHINE Medical Technologies will be the recipient of the YWCA Rock County’s sixth annual Dorothy Height Diversity in the Workplace Award.

Communications Director Jennifer Draz says SHINE implemented a blind screening process for new hires, has diversity focused recruiting, and encourages employees to participate in local and national events to help broaden their knowledge when it comes to diversity and inclusively.

Draz says SHINE will be recognized during the virtual Racial Justice Conference on November 12th.
