The Rock County Medical Examiner is releasing the name of the 72-year-old Beloit man who died in a residential fire last week.

The Beloit Fire Department responded to a two-story home on the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue around 4:00 the morning of November 19th.

While fighting the fire, the body of a man was found inside the home.

The Rock County Medical Examiner says preliminary results of the autopsy indicate that Bruce J. Cioni died from injuries sustained in the fire.
