Beloit police arrest four young men from Rockford on weapons charges.  Police say the Violent Crimes Interdiction Team received a report Friday afternoon of several men with with firearms in a vehicle.  Officers say during a traffic stop a little after 3:00 p.m., the vehicle sped away but crashed near State and Broad Streets.  Authorities say all four attempted to run away but were arrested.  Several firearms were confiscated.  The men are all age 19 and 20, and were arrested on charges including felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and resisting.
