A convicted sex offender is being released to a residence in Janesville.  The Wisconsin Department of Corrections says 74-year-old Jerry J. Osmolinski will be living at Rock Valley Community Programs on Sunny Lane.  Osmolinski was convicted of Using a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime and Exposing a Child to Harmful Materials in 2013.  While living at Rock Valley Community Programs he will not be allowed to have any unsupervised contact with minors, comply with standard sex offender rules, and cooperate with electronic monitoring.
