Rock County sets new benchmarks in home sales.  Rock-Green Realtors Association President Connor Fox says location has a lot to do with the popularity of the market.  Fox says Madison, Milwaukee, and even Chicago are nearby, but it’s much cheaper to live in Rock County.   He says low inventory and interest rates are also pushing sales.  The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports the median price of a home in November jumped 10% from a year ago to just under $200-thousand.
