A 36-year old Rock Township man charged with possession of child pornography is bound over for trial.

Derek T Miller appeared in front of Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer (Wednesday) afternoon and waived his preliminary hearing.

Miller also entered a not guilty plea on the counts of child pornography.

Miller was taken into custody last week after members of the Rock County Sheriff SWAT team, Detective Bureau and the Digital Forensics Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice executed a search warrant.
