A 22-year-old Janesville man is arrested four times this month for operating while intoxicated.

Janesville Police say Kobe Wethal was found passed out in the driver’s seat of his vehicle at the intersection of Ruger and Jefferson Avenues just before 1:00 the morning of December 8th.

Two days later on December 10th Janesville Police were called to a business where employees say Wethal was acting strangely and they were afraid he would drive. Wethal admitted to Police he drove to the business.

On December 23rd officers were called to Afton Road and Highway 11 where they found Wethal’s vehicle in the ditch and him unresponsive.

Then on Christmas officers found Wethal passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle again, this time at the intersection of Sunset Drive and Bond Place.

At the time of all four arrests, Wethal had one OWI conviction on his record, and one pending OWI that was still working it’s way through the courts.
