Beloit Cares will be hosting its first ever Winter Bash (Saturday), hoping to provide families with some free fun.

Beloit Cares Executive Director Sarah Hawthorne says the event is in response to survey that was sent out to families after their Back To School Bash in August asking what they could do to help families.

Hawthorne says the the event will feature games, prizes, food, face painting, and a 35 foot inflatable obstacle course.

The bash runs from 11:00am until 2:00pm (Saturday) at the Beloit Life Center.
