Saturday is National Drug Take Back Day and Walworth County is encouraging citizens to dispose of unwanted or expired prescription or over the counter medication.

Communications Manager Jenny Quill says they have a number of dropbox locations spread across all corners of the county, with all of them being available year round with some of them being open 24/7.

Quill says tablets, capsules, liquids, patches, non-aerosol sprays, inhalers, and creams or ointments can be disposed of; while syringes, sharps, or illicit drugs will not be accepted.
