It appears the City of Milton will soon to find a new City Administrator as Al Hulick as submitted resignation papers.

Hulick has served as the city’s administrator since 2014 in addition to being Milton’s economic development director.

Hulick has said he will be leaving July 21st to teach business courses at nearby Blackhawk Technical College.

Hulick will be the third city leader in Rock County to depart in the last year, following former Beloit City Manager Lori Curtis Luther and former Janesvile City Manager Mark Freitag; who both left to take city manager jobs in other cities.
