A Janesville couple that was arrested after overdosing on drugs in a vehicle with their three young children in the back seat are going to have to do the work if they want to see their kids again.

Ricki and Demarco Whitby are charged with three counts of neglecting a child, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At their initial appearance Monday afternoon, Court Commissioner Jack Hoag set cash bond at $1,500 for Demarco, and $1000 for Ricki Whitby.

The couple are due back in court on Friday.
