The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is looking into how a vehicle ended up in the Rock River near Riverside Park in Janesville.  The sheriff’s office says a reporting person provided an exact location Monday thanks to a sonar scan.  The sheriff’s office dive team located the vehicle in approximately 12-feet of water.  Divers connected tow straps and with the help of Davis Towing Wednesday afternoon, removed the vehicle from the river bottom.  The scene was between the Highway 14 and Memorial Drive bridges.  The origin of the vehicle has yet to be determined.
