The developer that plans to turn 176 acres of land on the northeast corner of Highways 11 and 51 in Janesville, into what could be the largest indoor strawberry operation in the country, appears to be seeking dance partners.

Janesville Economic Development Director Jimsi Kuborn says Three Leaf Partners is looking for partners for the industrial and residential aspects to the proposal.

Plans for the former MacFarlane Pheasants property include one million square feet of industrial space and multi family housing in addition to 1.5 million square foot hydroponic strawberry grow operation.

Kuborn says Three Leaf partners is currently finalizing infrastructure designs.
