A Turtle Township man facing five counts of possession of child pornography is held on a $2500 cash bond.

Joseph H. Hulburt made his initial appearance in front of Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig Thursday afternoon, who ordered the cash bond and ordered conditions of no possession of an electronic device which can access the Internet and no intentional contact with a minor.

Hulburt was arrested Wednesday after a search warrant was executed by members of the Rock County SWAT, Detective Bureau and the Wisconsin Department of Justice Digital Evidence Unit in the 2200 block of Easy Street in Beloit.

Hulburt has a preliminary hearing scheduled for the morning of September 22nd.
