The 71-year-old Beloit man who was arrested on suspicion of multiple counts of possession of child pornography, after law enforcement raided his home September 13th, appears in Rock County Court.

According to online court records, Joseph Hulburt appeared before Court Commissioner Mason Braunchweig Friday morning where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing and stood mute to five counts of possession of child pornography.

Commissioner Braunschweig entered not guilty pleas on Hulburt’s behalf and ordered him bound over for trial.

Hulburt is currently free on a $2,500 cash bond.
