A 28 year old Janesville man is under arrest for sexual assault of a child, among other charges.

According to a release, on January 4th Janesville Police Detectives served a search warrant at 1002 Quail Lane in Janesville and as a result of an investigation and items seized at the residence, Nelson Curtis-Hunter was arrested and is being held a the Rock County Jail.

Curtis-Hunter faces multiple charges, including five counts of possession of child pornography, one count of repeated sexual assault of a child, and resisting an officer.

The release says the investigation is ongoing, and further charges are expected.
