A 28-year-old Janesville man charged with impregnating a 14-year-old girl back in 2015 when he was 20 years old, is held on a $5000 cash bond.

28-year-old Alvino Rogers Allen appeared before Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig last week on a charge of second degree sexual assault of a child.

DNA taken from the fetus in 2015 was linked to Rogers Allen by the state DNA databank in December of 2023.

He’s due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on Friday.
