The 23-year-old Janesville man accused of striking and killing a pedestrian with his car and then driving off back in February is bound over for trial.

According to online court records Noe Perez Reyes appeared before Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Monday morning where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a charge of hit-and-run involving death.

Janesville Police say officers responded to a hit-and-run about 6:45 the evening of February 10th in the 600 block of West Milwaukee Street.

Police say 34-year-old Kelby R. Hall of Janesville ran into the roadway and was struck by Perez-Reyes’ vehicle.

Perez Reyes left the scene but was located shortly after. He remains free on a $3000 cash bond.
