Beloit police are investigating multiple shootings that occurred within the span of four hours Sunday night.
First, officers were dispatched to an apparent drive-by, double shooting at 7:20 p.m. on Burton Street near Madison Road.
Two Beloit men, ages 30 and 38, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are asking the public for help finding a dark-colored sedan with California license plates believed to be involved in the shooting.
Then at 11:20 p.m., an officer heard multiple gun shots in the 1300 block of West Grand Avenue and discovered a gunshot-wound victim and a house struck by bullets.
Beloit police have not said whether the two incidents are related.
