The Downtown Beloit Association isn’t letting COVID-19 stand in the way of the 28th annual Grand Lighted Holiday Parade.

Visit Beloit Spokesperson Stacy Bodnar says the reverse event will take place from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 27th.

Bodnar says the floats will be set up in the Third Street parking lot in downtown Beloit and cars of spectators will drive through to look at them.
