The 22-year old Beloit man who is charged with recklessly endangering safety and disorderly conduct after pointing a gun at someone in a Brodhead bar makes his initial appearance in court.

Clayton W Schultz appeared in Green County Court Friday afternoon where he faced additional charges of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, carrying a handgun after consuming alcohol, and two charges of obstructing an officer.

Schultz had conditions for his bond set and may not possess a firearm or dangerous weapon, possess or consume alcohol or any intoxicants, or enter establishments whose primary purpose is the sale of intoxicants with the exception of gas stations and grocery stores.

Schultz is slated to make an appearance for his preliminary hearing at the beginning of January.
