A 40-year-old Janesville man is facing a number of charges after being arrested for Operating While Intoxicated over the weekend.  Janesville police say Yam Lim was pulled-over about 3:00 a.m. Sunday on South Willard Avenue at Schaller Street, because the vehicle’s registered owner had a revoked driver’s license.  The officer says Lim showed signs of impairment and failed standardized field sobriety tests.  Lim was arrested on charges including Operating after Revocation and Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense.
