An accidental slip of the tongue lands a Rock County Board Supervisor in hot water.

District 10 Supervisor Brian Knudson is working to clear his name after he says he’s been falsely accused of supporting child sex trafficking and illegal immigration.

Knudson says he accidentally omitted the word “not while speaking against a resolution submitted by Supervisor Mike Zoril at the May 26th Public Safety and Justice Committee meeting.

Knudson says he’s been the subject of harassment, including flyers that have been distributed in mailboxes.

District 14 Supervisor Mike Zoril submitted a Stand Against Illegal Immigration and Child Sex Trafficking Week resolution is response to an earlier Stand Against Racism resolution that the County Board approved.
