A 42 year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated after police say he was found passed-out behind the wheel at a fast food restaurant. Officers were called to the McDonald’s on North Pontiac Street about 11:30 p.m. Monday and and say they found Robert E. Luek showing signs of impairment by a narcotic. Luek was arrested on a charge of 4th offense Operating while intoxicated and was released to a responsible party pending his initial court appearance.
